Moorland Landscape Mini Bowl

A beautifully formed white earthenware mini-bowl by ceramic artist Sarah Dalton. Living and working up in the wild North Pennines, Sarah has taken artistic inspiration from the moorland landscape that surrounds her – using a combination of underglazes, oxides and engobes (with a clear satin matte overglaze) to create an atmospheric piece of art. This intricately decorated vessel is further enhanced by an unusual pool of partially crackled glass fusion on the inside. The artist’s initials are inscribed into the base.
