Wren & hawthorn sgraffito vessel

Vessel by Tiffany Scull hand thrown white stoneware and decorated with one wren in the branches of a flowering hawthorn while still damp using carving, unique clay slip colours and sgraffito. No two pieces will ever look the same due to the way in which Tiffany creates her work. This piece has been selectively glazed on the wren leaving the rest of the vessel matt so will not hold water.
