Oval purple porcelain vase by Penny Spooner
Wheel thrown porcelain vase in beautiful curved oval form, then turned and sanded back to a soft smooth porcelain finish outside.
Clear glazed inside, with a watercolour splash of purple on the front. The remainder of the vase is smooth, raw porcelain, giving a lovely contrast in colour and texture.
Created for displaying flowers, this form allows the blooms to open out whilst still supporting the stems; giving a lovely open floral display.
