Garlic Pot

Garlic Pot

With its garlic shaped knob, this little pot makes a happy addition to any kitchen.  Each pot will hold two or three bulbs of garlic and the holes ensure air circulation to keep the garlic fresh.  They are hand thrown in red earthenware clay and decorated with white slip.  “Garlic” is inscribed on the lid by calligrapher, Michael Edwards.  Each knob is modelled individually by hand.  A rich green copper glaze is brushed on, to complete the decoration.
