Circle of shots

Set of eight shots in a circular dish (underside glazed). Stoneware, thrown on the wheel by Harriet Coleridge. Glazed with an amber carbon trap shino, decorated with wax, sang de boeuf, ash glaze and ferociously reduction fired to 1280 C. Potter’s mark impressed in clay on each piece and infilled with copper ash glaze. Rims brushed with liquid gold lustre. Set fired once more to 730 C.

Perfect for sloe gin, cognac, vodka – or woodland flowers.
