Dylan makes slip decorated earthenware using traditional and contemporary techniques and materials. The clay can be thrown, handbuilt and carved, slips are poured, brushed and trailed. Dylan works with a small but constantly mutating series of shapes that move between function and abstraction.  He was apprenticed to Clive Bowen at Shebbear Pottery before graduating from Camberwell School of Art in 1990.  Dylan is a Fellow of the CPA and has exhibited in the UK and abroad. He lives and works in Oxfordshire.
